My name is Chuck Murphy. I am a 25+ year successful professional in the mortgage industry in Illinois. My experience, in those 25 years, consists of just shy of 10 years in retail (consumer) mortgage origination, followed by 15 years as a wholesale lending account executive… the last 13 years of which, with Bank of America. I also have a background in real estate sales.
Currently, I have returned to the retail lending arena and am an originating partner with Hiton Financial Services, LLC in Northbrook, IL. Hiton is a former preferred wholesale customer of mine while at Bank of America and, when I decided to return to retail lending, it was my relationship with the members of Hiton, their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and individual and collective personalities that made them the hands down choice with whom I wanted to be associated.
One of the things that I love about what I do is the fact that I am able to help individuals and couples achieve what ultimately is one of the most important dreams in their individual and collective lives. I am also able to contribute to their knowledge base, so to hopefully make future real estate transactions less stressful for them.
I am able to accomplish these things not only meeting with them on a face to face basis, but now, thr0ugh this website and blog, hopefully able to contribute to that knowledge base with just a few simple clicks of the mouse.
